AR Reihana eldest sister of world famous music director AR Rehaman has landed in sandalwood as music director for Kannada cinema ‘Mamarada Mane’ that held the song recording muhurut on Thursday morning at Prasad studio.

Reihana rendered her voice for Prabhu Deva Kannada cinema ‘1,2,3’ and then for a rap song in the music direction of Emil. She is independent music director in three Tamil films foraying in to Kannada with Sajid as conductor for her music direction.

I do not know the language but never stop in giving the melodious songs for this Mamarada Mane in the direction of Sukumaran. Who does not get inspired from ‘AR Rehman’ in this world’ – I also follow the pattern of my brother. I have no hesitation in declaring like that said Reihana.

She is scoring five new compositions and not like AR Rehman who scored only two for ‘God Father’ that was released recently in Kannada. I am banking on melody and live instruments. I don’t like the electronic gadgets. AR Rehana very lively in her address also disclosed that G.V. Prakash Kumar music director of ‘Ullasa Utsaha’ in Kannada is her son.

The film ‘MM’ has intense story – it has humor, anger, fight and for all the circumstances I lending my tunes. I hope I get all Kannada singers for my first film music added Rehana. Among three films in Tamil ‘Machchi’ is quite famous informed Rehana.
